Schelling makes agreement with Albertsons Grocery Stores

D.C. Schelling, Inc., a premier dry cleaner based in Spokane, Wash., has announced a mutual agreement with Albertsons grocery stores to open an additional dry cleaning store. Schelling's Dry Cleaners currently has six locations throughout Spokane and will open its seventh store at the Albertsons located at 57th and Regal, on Spokane's South Hill.

Don Schelling, president of D.C. Schelling, Inc., says, "I'm thrilled that I have been given this opportunity to establish a Schelling's Dry Cleaners within the Albertsons site." This new location is expected to open its doors on November 18, 2006, and will not only offers its six-days-a-week service, but will expand its offering to door-to-door valet service, if requested. "We will be the first major dry cleaner to offer this total Valet service area-wide," Schelling adds.

On another note, Mr. Schelling has purchased a state-of-the-art Shirt press. "The Sankosha Shirt Press is, without a doubt, the finest shirt unit in all of the Inland Northwest. Within the industry, this machinery is like a Rolls Royce. My clients expect the best quality product produced in the laundry business, and I given it to them," he says.

D.C. Schelling, Inc. owns four Martinizing stores, two Schelling's Dry Cleaners, and South Country Cleaners. The oldest store dates back to the early 1970s. "We have a vested heart in this community, and I will continue to keep it that way with providing years of support to the Coats 4 Kids program and so many other worthwhile projects."

Schelling in a 30 year member of Rotary International and also is on the Community Development Board for the city of Spokane.
