Our two primary business objectives are to continue the extension of quality service to our clients, and to maximize our market share in the community we serve. Reaching these objectives requires superior performance at every level.
Management has a special responsibility -- commitment to a philosophy that recognizes the most valuable resource of this organization are the employees.

- Articulate to employees the achievements, plans and progress of D.C. Schelling, Inc.
- Make every effort in conversations with employees to contribute to their development by increasing their product knowledge.
- Emphasize positive reinforcement techniques that stress equitable and consistent behavior.
- Ensure that employees understand all personnel policies, including the proper chain of command for the organization, i.e., grievance procedures, personnel policies, FTO limitations, etc.
- Methodically maintain a fair and consistent application of personnel procedures, communicate this to employees and be especially sensitive to individuals who conclude they are being treated unfairly.
- Work closely with employees requiring special attention -- move quickly and fairly to identify or replace employees who cannot adjust or who display an unwillingness to work as a team.
- If termination is required, do so in a timely manner of any employee who does not abide by company policy.
