Pre-wedding Services
 Schellings has exceptional experience altering wedding gowns, wedding party dresses, and mother's dresses. We suggest that, as soon as you have selected your gown, you make an appointment to reserve services for alterations. Many bridal-alterations specialists are booked months in advance.
Since wedding shops carry ready-made sizes, most women need them to be resized to fit their personal figures. This procedure is more labor intensive than simply shortening the hem or taking up the straps; therefore, taking a longer period of time to alter.
Most wedding dress alterations are carried out on our own premises by our own dedicated alterations staff. Once your bridal gown has been altered, another appointment is made for your final fitting. For an additional charge, your wedding gown can be pressed and readied for that special day.
